Aquila elevates its position in the global Media vertical through the acquisition of Exelis
Toronto, Canada – March 20, 2025 – Aquila announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Exelis Srl a Socio Unico (“Exelis”) through its subsidiary Atex Media Limited (“Atex”).
Founded in 2010, Exelis offers critical advertising technology solutions to media houses and publishers in Italy across production, page planning and CRM automation.
